Rectangular and square tubes, is a kind of pipe with equal and unequal length of cross section,Is formed from the strip steel through the rolling process.Generally the strip go through unpacking, smooth, curly, welding to circular tube, again rolling into square tube by circular tube and then cut into required length.

Pre Galvanized square steel pipe.
1. Rolling and welding by galvanized steel strip, the zn coating is relatively lower,40-100g/m2, the cost is lower than hot dipped galvanized.
2.Could cut to any length by customers' requirement.
Hot dipped galvanized square steel pipe.
1.Firstly make pickling, in order to remove iron oxide on the surface of the steel tube, after acid cleaning, put the pipe into ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank to do cleaning, and then sent to the hot dip galvanized tank.Hot dip galvanized has the advantages:uniform coating, strong adhesion, long service life, etc.
2.Could cut to any length by customers' requirement.
