Packaging & Shipping
Details is as below:
1) Bundle Weight: One bundle normal packing 1.0 to 1.5 Tons ;
2) Container Weight: One full 20ft Container load about 20 to 25 tons;
3) Ends: Plan ends with Plastic cloth Caps;
4) Bundle Packing: Inside will be use plastic cloth, then outside use Woven Cloth.
5) Surface: By Oiling Avoid Rusted.
6) Tag: Tag on each Bundle, Listed PO No, Specification, Size, Heat No, Pcs. Weight or as per customer Instruction.
7) Slings: Every Bundle has one Slings for unloading.

Q1:What is the Minimum order quantity?
A: 2~3 Tons Per size.
Q2:What is your Delivery terms?
A:Delivery terms: EXW time is 30 days for one 20ft container about 20-25 tons.
Q3:What is BK or BKS?
A: BK is Tubes do not undergo heat treatment following the final cold forming
A: BKS is Heat treatment is applied following the last cold forming process. Subject to appropriate processing conditions, the increase in the residual stresses involved enables both forming and machining to a certain degree.
Q4: How to Arrive to our Factory?
A: Take Fast Train to JiNan West Station or Take Flight to LinYi Airport.
Q5: Free Sample?
A: If Customer need 1 pcs sample with length less than 200mm, The sample will be free to customer office. Otherwise if want more piece or more length, the customer will be pay for the courier charge.
