Q3: Can I get samples for close inspection?
Yes, sample will be free if there is stock and meet your requirement in 2 days, freight collect. The freight fee which can be refund once placed order. If you need customized sample, it's around 5-7 days to make and express, we need to charge the sample fee. This cost can also be refund once placed order.
Q4: How can you custom my own design?
A: You provide the samples or/and share any of your concepts and ideas, OEM is warmly weclome.
Q5: What's the lead time?
A: We schedule lead time according to the production status, generally it will take 20 days for production base on MOQ.
Q6: Can I place order less than MOQ?
A: Generally MOQ is 3000 meters, however we would like to support our new customer at the first time.
Q7: How can you guarantee the product quality?
