1.Each base coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye of coil(or not) and one circumferential.
2.The contact points of these banks on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors.
3.Coils then to be properly wrapped with water proof / resistant paper.It then to be properly and completely metal wrapped.
4.Wooden and Iron pallet can b e used or as your requirements.(Horizintal&Vertical)
Galvanized steel coil is used special steel coil as raw material and surfaces (covered with) is painted a layer of organic polymer (or polymer print film),which has advantages of metal material and the organic polymer,Zinc layer is 60g/m2 and surface no flower galvanized steel coil not only good adhesive of Organic polymer,formability,corrosion resistance,decorative,but also high strength and easy processing,Galvanized steel coil can be easily punching,bending,deep drawing,welding,etc. So Zinc layer is 60g/m2 and surface no flower galvanized steel coil has perfact practicality, decorative,workability,durability.Currently,the PCM is produced by print film roller coating process and roller painting.
