Hot-rolled strip steel→Pickling to remove surface rust→Washed→Rolling→Shear cut→Annealing→Product→Storage

Cold-rolled strip steel production is 6000 t, consumption of raw materials of hot rolled strip steel is 6100 t/a. Annealing with gas heating, gas from gas producer. Acid with 30% hydrochloric acid,annual consumption is 1000 t/a,acid pickling bath replaced periodically, waste acid sales, see appendix for waste acid use agreement.
