With a total investment of 560 million RMB, we’ve achieved to build in the Phase I project a set of push-pull pickling line with an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons; designed and produced by Beijing Central Engineering and Research Incorporation of Iron and Steel Industry, type 1450 single reversing cold rolling production line and type 1100 single reversing cold rolling production line can produce precise sheets of 700mm-1300mm in width and 0.13mm-2.0mm in thickness,the annual output can reach 400,000 tons. Adopted domestic advanced production technology and equipments, we have newly established a steel strip slitting shears line, 8 sets of bell-type annealing furnace production line, a tension leveler production line, a skin pass production line and a degreased line.Till now all of these equipments began production.
Our advantaged production include high strength galvanized steel sheet,galvalume steel sheet and prepainted steel sheet, mainly used in building , home appliances and other fields.Relying on advanced galvanized and prepainted production lines, we can produce galvanized,galvalume,and color coated steel sheet within the scope of thickness 0.13 mm to 2.0 mm /width 600 mm - 1250 mm, zinc spangle,color and coating can be strictly enforced according to customer's requirements .Galvanized and prepainted lines extend our factory's production chain, improve the competitiveness of our products.
